Charron L Makela B.Bus CPA studied business at the then Capricornia Institute of Advanced Education and graduated in 1989. She has had several years experience in the field of Accountancy, Taxation, Small Business Advice, Electronic Lodgement and Small Business GST Advice.

Accountant: Charron is a qualified Accountant with 20 years experience in the field. She has been operating her practice as a Certified Practising Accountant for the last 10 years. She is also a Registered Tax Agent. She has one additional accountant working for her firm which enables her to provide a complete accounting and taxation service to her clients.

Taxation: Charron's accounting firm provides taxation advice for all aspects of the complex taxation system. Her firm prepares income tax returns and compliance documents for all types of entities from individuals Partnerships, Companies, Trusts and Superannuation Funds.

Electronic Lodgement Service: All types of returns are catered for with electronic lodgement direct to the Tax Office. With the electronic lodgement service, this enables faster turn-around of assessments usually within 8 to10 days.

Accounting and Bookkeeping Services: As businesses are faced with extra compliance work now because of the implementation of the GST they are able to receive training from Charron's firm which uses some of the most popular computerised accounting systems (either) quickbooks or MYOB). If businesses wish to have their accounting work done for them, this is also catered for within her firm.

Small business & GST Consultancy Services: Every business needs advice from time to time relating to various small business decisions that are on their agenda and Charron's firm can offer small business advice on the majority of these issues. GST consultancy services which are either general or specific to a particular business can be catered for by the firm. Preparation of Business Activity Statements (BSA) and Instalment Activity Statements (ISA) either monthly, quarterly or annually, depending on the particular business needs are part of the firm's services.

Flexible Hours: Office hours are from 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday. After hours appointments can be arranged upon request.
